Known as a “superfood” containing meat, skin, fat and bone, pig trotters are packed with collagen excellent for joint health and benefiting mobility.
Pig trotters may be served as an occasional treat, and once the skin, meat and fat has been eaten, the remaining bone can be made in to a nutritious bone broth. (It’s important that once the bone is boiled to dispose of it as cooked bones can splinter).
Pork totters satisfy a dog’s natural instinct to chomp and chew. They engage a dog’s attention, and massage gums and clean teeth – great for both mental and dental health. Chewing releases endorphins in the brain and nervous system, making dogs, quite simply, content and happy!
Always supervise the eating of meaty bones.
The MVM range is sourced from their own farm and onsite abattoir.
Pig totters are packaged individually frozen in a sealed plastic bag.
