Tripe and Pork is a non-complete mince containing approximately 15% bone and is made with either beef or lamb tripe. Can be used as a flavourful non-complete meal and as an ingredient in DIY raw recipes.
Low in fat, green tripe is a wonder food, containing natural probiotics and gastric juices that aid digestion, food absorption, as well as vitamins that support immunity. As tripe has a natural, distinct aroma, which varies seasonally determined by a ruminating animal’s diet. Easily digestible, pork is a good protein and energy source, and contains amino acids, vitamin B1, niacin, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamin D. Additionally, pork contains the essential fatty acid, linolenic acid, important for reducing inflammation and aiding immunity. Ground bone maintains healthy teeth and gums, provides calcium for bone development, and roughage to gently firm stools allowing the anal sacs to be fully emptied.
MVM non-complete minces with bone have a smooth to medium consistency, and release easily from the plastic sleeve.
