Beef and Trout is a boneless mince made from 50% beef and 50% trout. This protein rich mince is a flavourful non-complete meal and a nutritious base for DIY raw recipes.
Beef contains essential fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins important for healthy joints and muscle development, as well as a source of energy. Known as a ‘Scottish Superfood’, trout is a protein powerhouse, packed with Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins B3, B6 and B12. Trout benefits coat and skin condition, brain and heart function, muscle development and is a nutritious source of energy.
Please note, trout is a seasonal protein, and is responsibly sourced within Scotland between April and September.
The Raw Factory minces are textured, moist (not wet) and retain their shape when defrosted. Even when frozen, the minces break apart conveniently into portions. Minces move easily within the packaging, allowing for flexibility in refrigeration and storage, as well as ease of defrosting.
