Due to the growth in orders placed with us on our van deliveries, we will need a minimum of seven days notice to process your orders.

This is to allow us the time involved in receiving, packing, and invoicing your orders, route-planning the deliveries, and in some cases for when we need to order stock in ourselves.
Our minimum order is £20 plus delivery charge.

For courier deliveries all orders must be over 7kg to remain frozen in transit.

National Deliveries

Courier collections available from us Tuesday to Thursday, delivered to you next day.

Once your order has been received by us we need 2-3 working days to process.
When we have received and packed your order we will then send you an invoice by email which can be paid by BACS or over the phone. All orders must be paid before courier is booked.
Orders will be sent out in polystyrene and should stay frozen up to 48 hours in our packaging, (possibly less in hot weather). In the event of partial thawing, which is very rare, please place goods in the freezer as soon as possible to avoid spoiling. It is quite safe to refreeze our products if required. Please bare this in mind when ordering as we are unable to accept claims or complaints for the arrival of defrosted goods.

Prices start from £6.25 (inc vat) for up to 10kg then 35p per kilo. It is an extra £2.50 for before 12pm next day delivery. Tracking available.

Returns and Refund Policy

Only non perishable products that are damaged or faulty can be returned for a refund or any products that were sent in error, providing these remain in the same state and packaging as they were received. In the extremely unlikely event that you would like to return a product, please send an email with the reason for return to info@rawdogfoodcompany.co.uk.
We insist that the product is unused in order for us to accept any returns. All returns must be sent by courier to;

Upon receipt of any returns in good condition we will then process your refund. A refund may take a couple of days to show in your account. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
